Complaints Handling Procedure
Rosebury Real Estate LLP is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). We regret that you may feel you have cause to make a complaint but would initially ask that you submit your complaint in writing to make sure that we have a full understanding of the issue . Details are set out below:

We will consider your complaint and will acknowledge receipt within 7 days. Within 21 days of receipt of your written complaint, we will write to you to inform you of the outcome of the investigation and to let you know what actions have been or will be taken.
If we are unable to agree on how to resolve your complaint then you have the opportunity to take your complaint to an independent redress provider, In the form of the Centre for Dispute Resolution (CEDR) or the mediation process operated by the RICS.

If the complaint has still not been resolved to your satisfaction, we agree to the referral of your complaint to the Surveyors and Valuers Arbitration Scheme operated by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, 24 Angel Gate, City Road, London, EC1V 2RS from whom details of the Scheme may be obtained.
